I’m Celeste, the Recruiting & Training Specialist. Since joining Arrow in 2024, I’ve leveraged my years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations to help build high-performing teams. When I'm not focused on recruiting the best talent, I love traveling and shopping with my family, or getting lost in a good documentary series on Netflix.
