Founded by Megan Bowen and Alex March, together we were able to bring the experiences we both share and mesh them creating Arrow. Megan and Alex both bring together likes and interest with experiences from the Medicaid Waiver field. This is how they were able to determine what works and does not work for our individuals and creating an organization where our individual's can flourish, and be happy. Arrow’s motto “Passion Led Us Here” is what actually drew Megan & Alex together to provide genuine services to the individual’s supported here at Arrow.
