With 23 years of experience supporting indiviudals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, and traumatic brain injuries, he finds immense joy in witnessing their achievements, no matter how big or small.

 

Of his rewarding career, Oscar holds a certificate in filmmaking and has spent two decades on and off working in public television. Oscar is passionate about international travel, he enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, and playing soccer and tennis. The pursuit of happiness is always the end goal for.
