Andrea Hardy is a Quality and Training Specialist for Arrow Services,  joining the team in 2024. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in broadcasting with a minor in theatre from Western Kentucky University. Andrea has a true passion for helping others, advocating for what is right, and assisting with helping people live out their dreams and best lives. She has worked as a Direct Support Professional and Program Manager.

 

Outside of work with Arrow, Andrea works in the film production and theatre world. She loves working on film projects, attending theatre shows, traveling, visiting local coffee and tea shops, trying out new restaurants, watching her favorite TV shows, attending her son’s extracurricular activities, and spending time with her family.
